Step-by-step setup guide
1. Setting up registration for VoiceQ Cloud
Head to our website & click the ‘Sign-up’ button. Fill-out the sign-up form and enter all your details. Enter your Name, Email, Country, Phone number (optional), Company and selected Plan option.
You will then receive an activation email from ‘no-reply@voiceq.com’ with a link to set up a new password. Please check spam folder if there is no email received and whitelist to allow further communication.
Once you receive the email select activate to complete the signup process.
2. Logging in
Open the VoiceQ Cloud application on your browser app.voicecloud.com. You will be prompted to login on the main page with your account. If you don’t remember your login, you can choose the option to ‘Forgot your password?’ button and enter your login email to receive a password reset email.
Two factor Authentication will trigger and send you a code to enter your account. You may deactivate if not required in your user preferences.
3. Managing multiple accounts for VoiceQ Cloud
If you are managing multiple cloud accounts and need help sorting out a backend management system, please feel free to contact our team to get started with managing licenses.
5. Implementing VoiceQ Cloud
We have a variety of implementation support tools for new users. This included; detailed user guides and getting started tutorial videos located in our Support Portal.
When opening VoiceQ feel free to sign into VoiceQ Cloud. If you do not have a VoiceQ Cloud account or would like to add one feel free to sign-up on the VoiceQ Cloud website. If the user does not wish to sign up they may opt to deselect the 'Show login window automatically' checkbox option.
Whitelisting VoiceQ Cloud servers
- To allow secure web access to VoiceQ Server allow access to https://app.voiceqcloud.com/. The client administrator enables site access with open access to all extensions from this URL.
- For AWS permissions use, http://voiceqcloud-prod-ami2.eba-qp3ydnkm.us-west-1.elasticbeanstalk.com/
- Note the extension via AWS is not private (https) until VoiceQ adds its privacy certification once the user clicks through via a browser and is unique to each user.
