What is VoiceQ Cloud?

VoiceQ Cloud 2.0 is a web-based application designed as a complete suite to complement VoiceQ Writer and VoiceQ Pro. It includes pre-recording and recording tools for media localization including ADR, AD, Dubbing, CC, Subtitling and VO localization, dialogue replacement, and reporting. 

 

The VoiceQ Cloud Manager application enables users to set all permissions including project access, sharing, collaboration, and reporting at any time from any device.

The VoiceQ Cloud Collaborator application enables users to receive all permissions including project access, sharing, collaboration, and reporting at any time from any device.

How does it work?

Users can upload projects from VoiceQ applications or upload an excel script directly into VoiceQ Cloud. Once a project has uploaded, a user can add a media file and edit translations online and also gives users the ability to import projects on other devices to edit in macOS applications. This gives all users visibility and the ability to work on the same project together in our custom collaborator.

 

Below is a workflow of multiple users running a project in a studio using VoiceQ Pro, while connecting the project to VoiceQ Cloud to import/export all changes during a live session.

VoiceQ Cloud: Manager


Manager: Users have no limit on storage What is VoiceQ Cloud? VoiceQ Cloud is a web-based application designed for media localization, dialogue replacement and reporting to complement VoiceQ Writer and VoiceQ Pro. This includes Dubbing, ADR, Audio Description, Voice Over and Subtitling. The VoiceQ Cloud Manager application enables users to set all permissions including project access, sharing, collaboration, and reporting at any time from any device. REGISTRATION VoiceQ Cloud has an easy registration system for users to sign up. Once you register you can import contacts and they will receive an email invitation to register. Registered users can then be assigned to projects as specified users. COLLABORATION​ VoiceQ Cloud allows users assigned to projects to work in tandem with one another in multiple locations around the world. Users can work online or download the project to their computer.​ REPORTING​ VoiceQ Cloud centralizes all projects into one place. This allows users to easily track lines (50 characters) and script lines to easily measure the amount of time an actor is required for recording. This makes booking simple when doing multi-lingual projects. All data is captured in a simple interface giving users real-time progress on both Translation and Recording. USER MANAGEMENT​ Users of VoiceQ Pro can manage contacts directly using our service. You can sort by the following categories: Translator, Online translator, Audio Engineer, Client and Administrator/manager etc. Each user who signs up to a paid plan is given management rights to projects that the user uploads or is set as a manager by another user. RECORDING VoiceQ Cloud has an online recording built into the product. Users can share projects and record within a browser on any supported device. This allows users to record remotely and upload recorded files directly to the studio. FEATURES

Activation


All VoiceQ Cloud licenses require a valid email. Contact your local VoiceQ reseller or email us at info@voiceq.com if you have purchased and not received your license. Each license is designated to one email address, we do not support using one license across multiple machines at a time. If you wish to change your subscription email please feel free to contact support@voiceq.com and request this.

You can run the application on other browsers; however, the above browsers have the best support for VoiceQ Cloud Collaborator. Device:
  • Computer with a minimum of 4GB required to use the script collaborator
  • A display with 1280-by-768 resolution or higher
  • Tablet support for Android, Linux iPad OS and iOS




FAQ


How do I access the application? The application can be accessed from app.voiceqcloud.com at any time. Users can self sign-up using the registration page if they wish to access immediately (a valid credit card will be required) How do I activate my license? For each purchase you will be asked to provide a valid e-mail address. This will allow one of our team to place the purchase licenses and set up the account for you to use. You will be notified via e-mail once this is completed via email confirmation from no-reply@voiceq.com (please check your spam if you have no-reply filters active. Can I transfer application licenses? Yes, you will need to contact support@voiceq.com and speak with one of our team to confirm a transfer of license to another account.

Cancellation


All users who wish to cancel can do so via our CANCELLATION PAGE. Users must fill out this form to confirm the removal of licenses and future purchase charges. Users must cancel 24 hours prior or a transaction fee will apply.
